Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing and testing applications, and ensuring they align with business objectives. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any application issues that arise, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, code, and test software applications using BMC Helix ITSM. - Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues that arise. - Ensure applications align with business objectives and meet quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing ITSM processes using BMC Helix ITSM. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in IT service management. - Familiarity with IT service management tools and technologies. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM. - This position is based in Pune. - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or a related field is required.
