Job Description

Project Role : Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills : Enterprise Network Operations
Good to have skills : Network Infrastructures, SD-WAN Operations
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Any Graduate

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and ensuring smooth Enterprise Network Operations using your primary skillset. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for enterprise network operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network infrastructure and SD-WAN operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise network operations by monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure. - Act as a software detective to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. - Provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SD-WAN Operations and Network Infrastructures. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network infrastructure. - Experience in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
