Summary: As an Application Lead for Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing SharePoint solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, build, and configure SharePoint applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online development, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams Development. - Solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, including SharePoint Online Administration and SharePoint Online Security. - Experience with SharePoint Online Migration and SharePoint Online Integration with other systems. - Experience with SharePoint Online Customization, including SharePoint Online Branding and SharePoint Online Workflow Development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SharePoint solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
