Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and effective software solutions that align with the needs of the organization and its clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing application architecture, coding and testing software modules, and ensuring the successful deployment of applications. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions. - Design application architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. - Code and test software modules to meet quality standards. - Ensure successful deployment of applications and provide post-implementation support. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP CO solutions. - Knowledge of SAP CO integration with other modules. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO functionalities. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) module. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Experience with SAP implementation projects. - Knowledge of ABAP programming language. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
