Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. You will increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage software configuration activities and ensure adherence to established processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software configuration management strategies. - Identify and resolve configuration issues and discrepancies. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of software configuration items. - Develop and maintain software configuration management plans and procedures. - Implement and maintain version control systems and tools. - Coordinate and facilitate software releases and deployments. - Monitor and report on software configuration management metrics and KPIs. - Train and mentor team members on software configuration management best practices. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software configuration management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices. - Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git, SVN, or Perforce. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and release management processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. - Understanding of software quality assurance and testing processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - 16 years of full-time education is required.
