Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design, develop, and test software applications using Ruby on Rails. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. - Implement security and data protection measures. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript and HTML/CSS. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - An Any Degree is required.
