Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Human Centric Talent and HR Process Design solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Human Centric Talent and HR Process Design, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Human Centric Talent and HR Process Design. - Good To Have Skills: No Function Specialization. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of complex applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
