Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using PeopleSoft Development. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: • Understanding requirements, analyzing impact and translating it to technical design • Collaborating with business stakeholder, architects and business analyst to define best solution that aligns with the project requirements. • Providing assessment on technical feasibility of proposed solution. • Providing effort estimation for the tech design, build and test • Creating Technical design and test case documentations and other SDLC documentation for deployment. • Development and unit testing of the deliverables. • Performance tuning of extracts. • Supporting testing at various stages with different teams (i.e. SIT, UAT , performance testing) • Supporting release of deliverables to production. Professional & Technical Skills: • Have at least 4-8 years of technical experience within the IT industry performing Technical & Functional roles in PeopleSoft • Have expertise in relevant PeopleSoft technical tools, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, Application Packages, Query Manager, SQR, etc. • Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft HCM modules such as Core Data, Absence, Time and Labor, Payroll integration etc. • Strong PL/SQL, SQL development knowledge. • Added advantage of having experience with data conversion/data integration between Peoplesoft and Oracle fusion HCM cloud. • Have good understanding of SDLC practices, working in Agile methodology Additional Information: • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related stream.
