Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop applications based on business process requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Create technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure the application design aligns with industry best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the development team. - Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application design. - Assist in the testing and deployment of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - Experience in designing and developing applications. - Strong knowledge of application architecture and design principles. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and frameworks. - Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java or C++. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP modules related to Oil & Gas Downstream. - Knowledge of integration technologies and tools. - Experience with database management systems. - Understanding of security and performance optimization in application design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
