Your typical day will involve working with the Pega Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega Platform applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure successful delivery of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all Pega Platform application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the quality and integrity of Pega Platform applications, conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Pega Platform technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Pega Platform development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Pega Architecture. - Solid understanding of Pega Platform best practices and standards. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Pega Platform applications. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in conducting thorough testing and debugging of Pega Platform applications.
