Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications are developed according to specifications and are aligned with the organization's goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand requirements, designing and coding applications, and conducting testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning properly. Additionally, you will provide support and maintenance for existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python programming language. - Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the applications are functioning properly. - Provide support and maintenance for existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes. - Document technical specifications, user manuals, and other relevant documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and best practices. - Assist in the deployment and configuration of applications in different environments. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience with web application development frameworks such as Django or Flask. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years of education is required.
