Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and implement Pega applications according to business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application functionality. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated on Pega platform advancements and best practices. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Strong understanding of Pega application development best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications. - Knowledge of Pega rules, processes, and case management. - Hands-on experience with Pega application customization and configuration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 16 years Mandatory Education is required.
