Summary: As a Software Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of SAP Manufacturing Batch Management applications. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development of SAP Manufacturing Batch Management applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products, managing project timelines and resources effectively. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Manufacturing Batch Management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Manufacturing Batch Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP PP, SAP QM, and SAP MM modules. - Experience in designing and developing software solutions using SAP ABAP programming language. - Experience in working with SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo). - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Batch Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
