Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and deliver impactful results. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure the quality of the deliverables by conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience in designing and developing custom components, templates, and interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
