Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure .Net Full Stack applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs. - Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with database design and development using SQL Server. - Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
