Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve working with PySpark, Python on Azure, and PostgreSQL to lead the effort and act as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using PySpark, Python on Azure, and PostgreSQL. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark, Python on Azure, and PostgreSQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Big Data Analysis Tool and Techniques. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PySpark and related technologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
