Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve working with Japanese language, performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. - Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features. - Ensure the code is scalable, maintainable, and meets the requirements of the project. - Engage in daily verbal and written communication with Japanese clients and Accenture Japan to collaboratively perform tasks. - Work in a 24x7 environment and execute tasks according to specified procedures and timelines, escalating issues when necessary. - Responsible for the day-to-day management of incidents and service request, including ticket creation, analysis, reporting, and follow- up based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) for response and resolution times. - Handle Service Desk administrative and analyst tasks, such as logging tickets, assigning tickets, changing ticket status, priority, and description, and generating ticket reports. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese and Microsoft 365. - Japanese certification level should be N2 and above. - Experience of using IT Applications/Tools - Strong understanding of software development life cycle. - Experience in working with cross-functional teams. - Experience in developing scalable and maintainable code. - Ability to engage in logical conversations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Japanese language and IT Industry. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is open for PAN India.
