Roles & Responsibilities: Strong in Delivery and have expert knowledge in Banking Domain - Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams, to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. - Ensure that project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and technical specifications, are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong program and project management skills, including experience in banking domain - Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
