Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills : Java Enterprise Edition
Good to have skills : Python (Programming Language), Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : BE or BTech or MCA

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Java Enterprise Edition. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and deploy applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues. - Ensure the quality and integrity of applications through rigorous testing and debugging, utilizing tools such as JUnit and Mockito. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java Enterprise Edition and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python, Java Full Stack Development, and Spring Boot is preferred. - Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Solid grasp of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Experience with version control systems such as Git and SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
