Job Description

Project Role : Application Lead
Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Java Full Stack Development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Full Stack Development applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing procedures, and documentation requirements. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
