Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the delivery of Information Technology Infrastructure Library service operations processes. Your typical day will involve managing and coordinating various ITIL processes, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with team members to address operational challenges and contribute to the overall improvement of service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation and reporting of service operations metrics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Incident Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices. - Experience in managing service requests and incidents effectively. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 yrs of minimum education is required.
