Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Sitecore Commerce and ASP.NET MVC to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Sitecore Commerce solutions, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical guidance and support. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Sitecore Commerce and ASP.NET MVC, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Sitecore Commerce. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
