Roles & Responsibilities: • Serve as the subject matter expert in for Sitefinity • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for the implementation of the Sitefinity platform. • Design and propose techno functional solutions based on Sitefinity capabilities to meet business objectives. • Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Configure and customize/implement the Sitefinity platform to align with business requirements and design • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Sitefinity solution within the existing technology landscape. • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the Sitefinity implementation. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical design documents, and user manuals. • Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders. • Investigate and resolve technofunctional issues, working closely with support teams and vendors when necessary • Technical Experience: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable solutions on Sitefinity • Participate in the research of the software components behind the team tasks and have a good understanding of the architecture and design of the team's product. • Good knowledge of database concepts and SQL; Knowledge of MS SQL Server and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework). • C#, ASP.NET (.NET?Framework 4.8+ / .NET 7+ preferred). • Familiar with Object Oriented Design, as well as Design patterns. Algorithms and Data Structures • Understanding of web technologies and protocols such as HTTP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. • Experience with Single Page Application?frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, React, or similar) Write clean, maintainable, and readable code while strictly adhering to team coding quality standards. This includes writing different types of tests. • Experience in Analyzing business requirements. Provide additional scenarios and use cases - based on a continuously enriched understanding of the customer problem. • Experience in code reviews and provide guidance to drive personal and code quality improvements. Investigate problems of diverse scopes, identify, and resolve bugs with different complexity. • Continuously get acquainted and remain updated on the product's inner workings: architecture, components, API, features, and documentation. • Professional Attributes: • Excellent communication, collaboration , documentation and presentation & problem solving skills for technical and business audiences • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills working within cross-functional engineering teams as well as peer teams in building an integrated solution • Team leadership and mentoring skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team driving teams using Agile Scrum development process; past experience in owning products or components
