Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions, ensuring the applications are aligned with business needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, as well as providing technical support to the team. With your expertise in .Net Full Stack Development, you will contribute to the success of the project by delivering high-quality applications that meet the needs of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement applications based on business process and application requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development and implementation process. - Provide technical support and guidance to the team. - Ensure the applications are aligned with business needs and requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Health Insurance Operations. - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. - Experience in designing and building applications using .Net framework. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database systems and SQL queries. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
