Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with OMP Plus and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Play the solution architect role on OMP implementation projects. Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements, carry out fit-gap analysis, design and document solution and guide configuration team to implement the solution. Drive conversations with client business stakeholders. Work with development functions- business lines- product teams and technology stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps. Drive designs that balance business efficiency- system performance- security and compliance whilst conforming to architectural and security standards. Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Experience with OMP Plus. Good To Have Skills: No Function Specialization. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience with project management tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Qualifications (Must Have) Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience of implementing OMP SCM software solution in client environment. Should have played Solution Architect role in at least 2 OMP implementation projects. Strong functional knowledge and Strong experience in implementing one or more business processes such as Demand Planning/Forecasting, Supply Planning, Production Planning, S&OP etc. Must have strong design and software configuration skills and good command over data models. Must have knowledge of integrating OMP with SAP/Oracle/legacy systems. Strong collaborator, team player, and individual contributor. Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders. Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and drive progress. Preferable Qualifications (Nice to Have) OMP OPAL certification Any relevant supply chain certifications like CSCP will be a plus Professional Attributes Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in software development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects.
