Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and maintain the performance of production systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that may arise. - Implement and maintain system configurations and updates. - Document and update operational procedures and guidelines. - Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Strong understanding of system operations and support. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution. - Familiarity with system monitoring and performance optimization. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Graduate degree is required.
