Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, managing project timelines and budgets effectively. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .NET Architecture, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in .NET Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: No Technology Specialization. - Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications. - Experience in managing project timelines and budgets effectively. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Solid understanding of coding standards and best practices in .NET Architecture.
