You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable applications that align with the needs of the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing requirements, developing code, and ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop efficient and scalable applications based on business requirements. - Analyze user requirements and design application solutions. - Write high-quality code to implement application features. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Full time Education is required.
