Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Standard Edition-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their growth and development in the organization. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, utilizing your program and project management skills to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Program and project management experience. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
