Summary: As an Application Developer for Cloud Contact Center Implementation, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with the latest technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure applications for Cloud Contact Center Implementation, ensuring adherence to software development best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Cloud Contact Center Implementation, and provide recommendations for process improvements and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Good To Have Skills: No Technology Specialization. - Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Proficiency in unit testing and debugging of applications. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
