Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Application Packaging. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of Cloud Support and related technologies. - Strong understanding of system or application support, with the ability to accurately define and interpret client issues. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain exceptional communication with clients and cross-functional teams. - Solid grasp of industry trends and advancements, with the ability to integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
