Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. - Contribute to key decisions and provide insights to improve operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems and services. - Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Experience with ServiceNow platform administration. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cloud technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, engineering, or a related field is required.
