Summary: As a Salesforce Conga CPQ Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Conga CPQ solutions, ensuring project success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and develop solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure the quality of deliverables, adhering to best practices and standards for Salesforce Conga CPQ development. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Conga CPQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Community Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and standards. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development. - Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. - Solid grasp of Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
