Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, and SAP Simple Finance. - Solid understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance architecture and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance applications. - Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
