Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will contribute to the success of our projects and drive innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful project delivery - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Experience with data-driven marketing and customer journey mapping - Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices - Hands-on experience in creating and managing email campaigns - Solid grasp of HTML and CSS for email template customization Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - This position is based in Jaipur - A 15 years of full-time education is required
