Project Role Description : Orchestrate and lead the entire origination process for a cross-client, cross service-group deal working with the CAL, the client team and relevant subject matter experts.

Summary: As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. Your typical day will involve managing sales pursuits and ensuring successful outcomes for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage sales pursuits, ensuring successful outcomes for the organization. - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, ensuring their success and growth within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Sales Pursuit Management - Good To Have Skills: Salesforce B2B Commerce - Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including lead generation, qualification, and closing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, marketing, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful sales outcomes. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
