Your typical day will involve managing sales pursuits and ensuring successful outcomes for the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the sales process from origination to closure, ensuring successful outcomes for the organization. - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to develop and execute sales strategies. - Manage sales pursuits, including proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations, to ensure successful outcomes for the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Sales Pursuit Management - 15+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes. - Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with experience in deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients. - Experience in managing sales pursuits, including proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, marketing, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
