Job Description

Project Role : Application Designer
Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management
Good to have skills : Servicenow Tools Administration
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field

Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization and contribute to its overall success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop applications that meet business process and application requirements. - Ensure that the applications are aligned with the needs of the organization. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform. - Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management processes. - Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field is required.
