Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating optimized user experience solutions. Your typical day will involve translating design concepts to prototype solutions with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of user experience (UX) design solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality UX design solutions. - Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible. - Ensure technical feasibility implications and design intent are balanced in the UX design solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in UX design and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing user-centered design solutions. - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. - Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful UX design solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
