Must have Skills : SAP HCM On Premise ABAP Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Understanding the needs and requirements of the clients by coordinating with their representatives and seeking clarity on every minute detail in order to provide the best possible solution 2 Writing the code using HR ABAP and ABAP programming language on the basis of the requirement provided Technical Experience : 1 Must have worked on HR ABAP under core modules of SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll and Time Management, Object Oriented Programming 2 Exposure on HCM Process and Forms using FPM Reports using LDBs, ALV, Queries, Module Pools or Dialog programming Infotype framework, ABAP Dictionary Objects, interfaces, IDOC, LSMW, Enhancement, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Smart Forms, Sap Scripts, HR Forms, Adobe, FPM Good to have, WebDynpro, Workflows, Fiori using ODATA Service Professional Attributes : Good Communication Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full time education Additional Info : hould be flexible to work from client location Guwahati Skill Flex - SAP ABAP on HR
