Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions - Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM - Strong understanding of SAP integration with other systems - Experience in customizing SAP CRM functionalities - Knowledge of SAP CRM data model and architecture - Hands-on experience in SAP CRM configuration and development Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM - This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office - A Graduate degree is required
