What would you do? As SDL he will be responsible for manage PTP/OTC operations for US based client. It is for a new deal where the role demands to orchestrate transition and run phase of the process. Stakeholder management and delivering transformation initiatives are core aspects to success criteria in this role. Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer order to collecting payment. It includes order management, credit management, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate handling of orders and timely collection of revenue. This process helps improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. Effective Order to Cash management is crucial for a companys financial health and operational efficiency keyword includes :- ("Order to Cash","Cash App","Collection & Dispute",Billing, "Deduction") Design the process and configure the technology to support the process of creating and issuing customer invoices that begin with the creation of an invoice and end with the issuance of an invoice and creation of a corresponding receivable.
What are we looking for? - Manage day to day operations for OTC - Technical know how of OTC domain involving Cash Applications, Deductions, Customer Master Data, and Reconciliations for Account receivables to be able to understand and resolve issues pragmatically - Deliver smooth transitions (first time right) - Enable robust governance and surprise free delivery - Manage stakeholders and establish strong business relationship - Manage team of ~50 people and coordinate with support functions for seamless delivery - Ensure delivery as per SLA/KPI targets and stays proactive on delivery/commitments/issue management - Strong domain with exposure to SAP environment - Should be able to guide teams in complex situations - People Management - Know how of most commonly use tools in OTC (like Matching tool for Cash Apps, Workflow, etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach • Some latitude in decision-making in involved • you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility • The person manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
