What would you do? The B2B Lead supports the execution of marketing strategies for B2B business segments. This role assists in developing and managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing efforts align with business objectives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
What are we looking for? Technical Skills: • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics platforms. • Basic proficiency in digital marketing techniques and campaign execution. • Familiarity with market research tools and competitive analysis. Competencies: • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and business needs. Experience & Education: Experience: • 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, or a related field. • Experience supporting marketing campaigns and working cross-functionally. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs. • Support collaboration between sales, product, and customer teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. • Help implement targeted marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. • Conduct research on market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing activities. • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement. • Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.
