What would you do? Specialization in Financial Fraud / Risk Management / Compliance Operations would be an added advantage English Communication - Strong Articulation & Written Logical & Analytical thought flow The following skills are required to perform this role - Effective Verbal Communications - Ability to verbally engage in a concise manner with stakeholders to share opinions or information to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or promote action Effective Written Communications - Create, deliver, or exchange concise written documentation with thoughts, opinions, or information to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or promote action. Provide clear meaning to the audience by using correct grammar, sentence structure, punctuation and style Problem Solving/Issue Resolution - The process of working through the details of a problem to find a solution Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects or deliverables. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency. Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and updates to senior leadership. Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions. Support resource planning, training, and development of team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
