What would you do? - Administer all data within the system including supply chain and technology data. including raw materials and master formulations. - Fully supporting all aspects of the system, including the external portal, the JDE Webtool SKU alignment and all other subsystems within the Fusion application. - Creating system training documentation in addition to providing training to support 3,500 users across all aspects of the business. - Providing support to the system development team to fully test all changes in UAT before release to production. What are we looking for? • To administer the product & SKU data within Streamline change requests for the Lubricants SPU businesses and provide a quality review to ensure compliance with data integrity standards. • To provide support and process expertise to users of the Streamline & Fusion systems & databases. • To provide SME support to large projects and support Streamline and wider Product Lifecycle Management improvement projects as required • Support the marketing team with initiating marketing owned streamline requests – with the exception of labelling and PDS requests. • Support supply chain with initiating complex source change requests • Ensure that requests initiated are in line with the Portfolio Rules of the Game and have accurate & complete information to support subsequent stages within the process • Optimise streamline requests to ensure appropriate sequence and/or aggregation of requests to reduce effort and possible data inconsistencies emerging from too many & frequent changes to the same product card. Education University degree in Science / Marketing / Project Management discipline or 3 to 5 years equivalent experience Experience • Ability to co-ordinate a number of complex issues at the same time whilst meeting agreed deadlines • Ability to form good business relationships and communicate well at all levels across the various businesses and functions • The candidate needs to have an eye for detail, to ensure every change is accurate and compliant to internal, and external regulatory standards • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure required standards are met • Experienced in working with defined processes and systems • Demonstrated planning and / or performance management ability • The job holder should be an articulate, clear speaker and a concise & precise written communicator – able to be understood by BP colleagues for whom English is not the first language • Good IT skills and competent in MS office applications
Roles and Responsibilities: • Maintain the Streamline request form with appropriate picklists (to match with Streamline) • Receive and review Streamline request forms from an approved set of Request Owners • Review data in the request form for completeness, accuracy and compliance with the Portfolio Rules of The Game • Liaise with Request Owner in case of discrepancies in the request form to update the request within guidelines where possible OR reject when request owners are unwilling to change/provide adequate information. Clearly document and escalate all rejections to Team Leader. • Redirect requests from other sources to relevant Request Owners for screening and support • Add request to validated list for evaluating optimisation/aggregation opportunities and appropriate sequencing for requests received • Initiate allocated requests & add into appropriate workbook(s) where applicable within agreed timelines • Highlight problem requests in Initiator team meeting – for potential escalation by TL • When allocated to specific projects, provide guidance on streamline request types, timings, information requirement (including mapping files) and initiate streamline requests when ready • Progress Streamline requests as they arrive in the PLA inbox in a timely manner. Ensuring that the resultant information held in Fusion is complete, consistent and accurate. • Liaise with labelling team and other SME’s within the business as required to gather relevant information • Provide training, support and advice to Streamline & Fusion users and approvers of Streamline requests. • Identify data inconsistencies within existing product & SKU data, working with the relevant business to ensure product data integrity
