What would you do? • Sharing reports to stakeholders to make critical operational decisions. These reports will be designed and built to showcase the operational performance areas of opportunities and key areas of focus to strengthen the health of the delivery team. • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
What are we looking for? • This will be based in Hyderabad Client office • Must be flexible to work in Night shift between 8 PM (CT) – 4.00 AM (IST) including weekends and holidays (It’s a 5-day working day week which may include weekends) • Minimum 2 years’ experience reporting or data analysis • Strong organizational and communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • Interpret data and analyze Information to assist operations teams with day-to-day management of their teams • Build reports and seek automation, performance improvement or innovation • Work with the Quality Analyst specialist the Operations Manager and the agents in training and helping identify areas of upskill based on data performance metrics, customer satisfaction and overall business key indicators and metrics • Participate in quality audits and produce reports to enable and streamline the internal client and customer meetings
