What would you do? • 12+ years of mandatory experience in US Retirement Services domain – Defined Contributions with 6+ years of Managing complex adjustments and corrections and distributions, survivor benefits and beneficiary settlement processes • Proficient with MS Excel mandatory • Hands on with processing: o Lost Earnings Calculations, Mistake of Fact / Complex Refunds, Loan Corrections, Contribution Corrections, Asset Transfer Corrections, Brokerage Corrections & Fund Corrections o Excess Refunds: IRA, 415, 402g, and Aggregate Excess Deferral refunds. Any corrections associated with Loans, Repayment rejects, initiations, bypasses, defaults and re-amortizations NA NA
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree • Experience in the US retirement industry mandatory • Open to working in core Night shifts based on business requirements • Good verbal & written communication skills • Good typing skill and attention to detail. • Good time management skills • Ability work independently NA
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Processing corrections and distribution for assigned clients\transactions. Includes: o Experience in performing adjustment or reversal of original transaction as well as the additional transactions o Ability to identify and perform the type of calculation needed based on the type of transaction. o Review and unwind additional transaction activity which occurred between the original transaction date and adjustment/reversal date. o Complete error correction ticket for processing mistakes. o Communication: Respond to client inquiries over email, reach out to plan administrators (emails and phone calls) to resolve suspense contributions o Demonstrated ability to perform complex research • Ensures all items are processed and\or resolved on time. Supports business in ensuring positive audit results • Demonstrated ability to CLEARLY, CONCISELY and EFFECTIVELY communicate with external stakeholders about complex issues/problems and work proactively to resolve them • Complies with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalates issues to the management. • Perform research on all processing irregularities and drive issues to resolution • Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality. • Researching on any queries/ requests sent by the Business Partners/Client Support Teams and replying the same with minimum response time. • Taking active participation in process improvements and automation. • Ensure Quality Control standards that have been set are adhered to. • Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and prioritize high value transactions. • Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
