What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes. You will need to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions -You will be expected to be constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders/clients -Decisions that are made by you will impact your work and may impact the work of others. -Strong knowledge of reinsurance domain is a must. -Prior experience in policy administration and claims is added advantage. -Strong knowledge on Proportional treaty and Facultative Reinsurance is a must. -Focus more on continuous improvement and to simplify/Automate the process. ? Meet KPI as per Accenture agreed targets ? Resolve reinsurer and stakeholder queries on a timely manner Develop expertise on the systems like – Advance excel/VBA, Power BI and client systems used to support research and documentation. -To co-ordinate with internal and external auditors. -Ensure internal process, policies, procedures, audit, compliance & regulatory standards are met. In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems. -Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture. -You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments. Involves balancing all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-general ledger-based source data to verify whether the balance sheet accounts are in balance with the source system feeding the general ledger. Differences which arise are addressed as reconciling items.
What are we looking for? Graduate/Postgraduate with 7 plus years of experience in Re/Insurance industry and experience in claims operations. -Positive, innovative and make it better mindset to bring operational efficiencies. -Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal clients and reinsurers -Prior experience in policy administration and claims is added advantage. -Strong knowledge on Proportional treaty and Facultative Reinsurance is a must. -Focus more on continuous improvement and to simplify/Automate the process.
