What would you do? Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) Automated Candidate Screening - Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Perform automated scoring exercise (Candidate takes IVR test, we to review results of IVR test via listening to specific questions, Derive the results on the basis of IVR test via listening to specific questions and Forward results of candidates meeting criteria to Staples representatives for future consideration) Recruitment Administration & Analytics: Provide recruitment administrative sup

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts 1. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and Determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition) 3. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications
