What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.
What are we looking for? "Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. "1) Negotiation and contract management 2) Supplier evaluation and relationship management 3) Cost analysis and market research 4) Project management and multitasking 5) Excellent communication and stakeholder management" "1) Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools like Power BI. 2) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 3) Participate in continuous improvement of third-party risk management frameworks, assessment templates, and governance models. 4) Strong understanding of sourcing analytics, contract law, and supplier performance metrics. 5) Proficiency in procurement software and digital workflow platforms. 6) Use benchmarking and should-cost modeling to identify savings opportunities."
Roles and Responsibilities: "Experience Required: 3 years 1) Experience in conducting end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQs, e-auctions, and contract negotiations. 2) Work collaboratively with suppliers and customer stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost, process and service improvement projects 3) Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, leveraging supply market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements 4) Assist in the reporting of category specific savings results to customers 5) Support problem-solving and issue resolution efforts to support customer satisfaction 6) Develop solid working relationships with customer stakeholders at both the corporate and business unit level Interface with customer stakeholders and project teams to facilitate progress 7) Provide analytical support for necessary re-sourcing activities to maintain the competitiveness of category contracts, 8) Execute RFx events, e-auctions, and spot buys across multiple categories. 9) Conduct supplier screening, selection, and onboarding. 10) Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers. 11) Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align sourcing strategies.
